How can I pay for my order?

All online payments are processed using Payzone payment portal for safe and secure payment processing. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please be aware that a bank statement is not considered proof or purchase in the event of an exchange or refund.

Do prices include VAT?

Except where clearly stated, all prices are quoted including 23% VAT.

Do I need to be a registered customer to purchase on the website?

In order to make purchases through out web-shop, you will be required to register and provide some personal details, such as your name, address, phone number, email address and any other information which may be needed to complete the order.

If needed, you can also use the guest checkout option to minimise the amount of data you will be required to enter.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

iElectron provides the option to return items within 14 days, once they are unused and unopened. This does not apply to new devices, software, and some other items. In the event that an item has been opened, it is at the discretion of management to accept the return with a 10% restocking fee. Also, only the item(s) purchased will be refunded and courier costs that were been paid are not refundable.

Please be aware that there is a €10 fee for returns if courier collection is required.

What warranty do you offer?

iElectron provides a 12 month warranty on all new items purchased from our webshop, unless where stated. Terms and conditions apply, so please see our warranty page here, to find more comprehensive information, or alternatively contact us here. In the event that an item is deemed faulty within the warranty period, you may be offered either a repair or replacement of the item. If we are unable to accommodate either of these, you will be offered a refund.

How do I make a complaint?

It is our utmost priority to provide the best possible customer service and experience for all of our customers, but in the event that you are unhappy with our services, we would love to hear from you. You can contact us to make a complaint by sending an email to Please provide as much information as you can when preparing your complaint, as this will allow us to investigate your issue as efficiently and as comprehensively as possible.

If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

We aim to dispatch all items within 72 hours of the order being placed, which is dependent on availability of stock at the time of ordering, and a member of staff will contact you if there is any delay.

Generally, once the item is dispatched it will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order, select ‘Track my Order’ at the very top of this page. Once you open this, you will then have to enter your order ID (found in your confirmation email), as well as your email address. When you have done this, you will then be able to view the status of your order.

Once your order is then dispatched, a DPD tracking number will be displayed here, allowing you to check the location of your order. On the day the package will be delivered, you will receive an email from DPD before 9am outlining a one hour window in which you can expect delivery.

In this email, you will also be able to change delivery address and date if required.

Can I collect in store?

Any items which you purchase through our webshop can be collected from our physical store in Cork City. The item may not be immediately available for collection depending on stock levels at the time of purchase, so you will be notified by email when your item is available for collection.

The product I want to buy is Out of Stock and indicating it will be placed on back order, when will I receive it?

Any product that is out of stock is still available to order from iElectron. We will place a back order with our suppliers for you and ship your goods as soon as they become available. Please note this means your order may be delayed by several weeks depending on availability. We do not offer partial shipping, your order will be shipped in full when all items become available. If you would like more information don’t hesitate to contact our team. If the item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund your order.

My product was damaged/ not working when I got it delivered, what do I do?

If your device has arrived as damaged, you can contact us by using our contact form here, by emailing, or by calling 021-2397669.

Please be aware that we can only accept items as damaged in transit once we are contacted on the day of delivery.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you have placed an order and have changed your mind, email us at with the order number shown on your email if you wish to cancel the order.

Can I order items for delivery or collection in the UK?

Items purchased from our webshop can be shipped to items in the UK. When you are checking out, you can select the UK for delivery and you will be quoted for the delivery charge.

Will iElectron share my data with any one?
